Nonexistent Customer Service

The only way to contact these people is through an email. I submitted an email asking for an order to be cancelled (because there was NOTHING on my order that had a telephone number and it is not evident on the website).

The order has gone through, has been shipped, and has been delivered and there has STILL been no response to my request. What is it with these online companies that think that it is OK to let emails go into oblivion. I haven't decided whether to keep the product but I will tell you this is my last order.

Poor customer service ruins any chance that I am going to deal with you again. Buyer beware.

My Name is Tina Phelan , I would like to know if I have an outstanding bill with this company. I am receiving calls for an outstanding bill from September 2021 . If I am correct I would like someone to contact me please, for I would like to resolve the issue. My issue was resolved there was a misunderstanding on my behalf!

Do not want product

you have taken out money out of me account for 143,39 on february 23,I did not assume you were going to send more cream.i returned the cream with a tracking number 010117****414086om march 2 2021.I wish a refund you will have to send me a cheque in the mail. Sorry for the inconvience

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.

I bought their excellent but expensive face cream. I get compliments all the time on how my skin looks. But this time the cream had a HUGE air bubble in it and about 1/3 of the cream was not there. I wrote to Pissed Customer (I had no idea you existed) and ReVive contacted me in a day and sent me a replacement jar which I got 2 days later. AMAZING. I am a fan of both of you now. Thanks so much!!

I did not order this product and i was charged for it . I want a full refund. Its a total scam.

I didnt order this product and then all off a sudden i look at my ssi accout balance and i was charged 94 bucks . I live month to month .now how do i pay my rent .or buy my prescription meds . I am a diabetic and i need my insulin and revive. Skincare is preventing me from getting it . This is not a game for me its life and death for me and homelessness . I want a full refund imediatly .
